About PoolFinder

PoolFinder is an independent directory that helps South Africans find and compare pool maintenance and cleaning companies. We publish indicative prices, practical checklists and guides, and business-level directory information. We are a directory, not a pool service, and we do not clean or service pools ourselves.

Where our information comes from

Every company listed was sourced from its own public website or a public directory listing (such as ProCompare) that we visited directly - we do not use any automated scraping of Google Places or invent listings. Prices are researched market estimates, not quotes - always confirm pricing and scope directly with a company before hiring.

Coverage - a smaller directory for now

This first version of PoolFinder covers a deliberately small set of verified companies in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Alberton, Cape Town and Durban. We would rather list fewer, real companies than pad the directory with unverifiable or fabricated entries. More cities, provinces and listings are being added as we verify them.

Our listing policy

We only publish business-level information that companies themselves make public. A listing is not an endorsement or a background check - always do your own diligence before hiring. If you run a pool company and would like a listing corrected, added or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

Independence

We are not affiliated with any pool company, chain or supplier. Listings are not endorsements. The site is intended to be funded by advertising and partner links once approved.
